Our 7th grade artists have completed their first stop motion animation movies! Stop motion is an animation technique that makes static objects appear to be moving. Students began by creating storyboards where they developed their creative ideas. They then drew or collaged their final work, moving the objects or image in increments and taking one picture per increment using the Stop Motion app. The final creations are fun and creative and reflect the students' ability to persevere where patience and attention to detail is required!
